So its been just over a week of vaping now and I'm converted. There is an adjustment curve from smoking but once you've switched its a lot better.

The fact I can vape secretly and the only evidence is a cloud of strawberry smelling vapour is a big bonus and saves me going out in the cold to smoke ciggs. My breathing has improved a lot and even though I was coughing for the first few days it was the tar that had settled on my lungs shifting loose and it now seems to be calming down. My circulation is better and I'm warmer than I used to be.

Dont get me wrong I'm not saying that vaping is the complete solution because its not and eventually I want to reduce the nicotine content and vape sparingly, but for now its a much better alternative to smoking and its the start of a better path and still for fills the need to put something to my lips and get a hit of nicotine and I can get that in three tokes of the target mini with .6 mg of nicotine.
