Just before Christmas Marta and I went shopping with Christmas in mind and I bought 30 Coke cans in a multi pack at Asda. Well the simple fact of it is I love Coke and I can drink it non stop and I pretty much did. I beltched my way through Christmas and my ever expanding waist line told the tale of my excess. So I promised Marta after Christmas no more Coke and to that end we bought a brita water filter also in Asda on our last shop of the year in Asda. From now on robbinsons squash and a healthy diet. Plus not smoking too umm I wonder if that is to much to change at once or if a reinvention can stay the course.
One early down side of not smoking is the fact that my lungs are now clearing all the tar and debris that has built up over time, initially this lead to cold like symptoms but this morning I woke up with a blocked sinus which is incredibly uncomfortable and is taking an he to clear hopefully it'll settle down soon. That apart I seem to be getting through the gym at a rate of knots so I'll have to monitor that and reduse.
It's been a fairly mixed day at work not good but not bad either. Today is my swing shift so I'm an early tomorrow hopefully I can get to sleep. Catch you all tomorrow:-)
